Location: Howard Park, Glossop, Derbyshire
The re-roof of a former Victorian hospital located within a conservation area in a public park.
The roof had been poorly maintained and was leaking excessively, causing internal damage. Extensive remedial work was required to make the roof watertight, to allow the building to become occupied once again.
One of the first planned phases of the refurbishment of the building was carried out on budget and on time.
This allowed the pointing and damproofing works to be carried out without delay.
- UAV roof inspection
- Roof report
- Prepared the tender documentation, incorporating the drawings and specification
- Administered the contract and all costs
- Managed the works taking place on site
