- Full assessment of the construction of the building including any refurbishment and alterations
- Identify any long term defects which may affect the value of the building
- Report on any health and safety, statutory compliance or legal issues
- Comment on the thermal and energy efficiency properties of the building
- Highlight future works required and how these may effect on the service charge
- Arranging Building Services Engineer reports
