Pre-Acquisition Surveys

We will identify the issues and risks associated with a property purchase by carrying out a thorough pre-acquisition survey. It will involve:

  • Full assessment of the construction of the building including any refurbishment and alterations
  • Identify any long term defects which may affect the value of the building
  • Report on any health and safety, statutory compliance or legal issues
  • Comment on the thermal and energy efficiency properties of the building
  • Highlight future works required and how these may effect on the service charge
  • Arranging Building Services Engineer reports
