Dilapidation survey at the end of a lease term.
Project Requirements
To carry out a dilapidation survey on behalf of the tenant at a number of the UK sites to advise on any reinstatement liabilities.

- An understanding of the lease terms and any tenant liabilities.
- Site visit including full assessment of any defects which need rectifying.
- A 3D scan of all accessible areas.
- A works schedule/settlement proposal.
- Negotiation with the opposite surveyor to come to a suitable settlement.
